Position title	Associate Professor
Area of Specialization	Digital Health, Medical Informatics, Health Informatics, Health Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering
Job Description	The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research on integrating and analyzing medical, health, and long-term care information to improve wellbeing, based on the above areas of expertise, and/or research on information infrastructure for managing and utilizing this information. ・The successful candidate will contribute to administration in the Laboratory for Future Interdisciplinary Research of Science and Technology. The successful candidate will be engaged in teaching, research, lectures, and experiments for graduate and undergraduate students of the Department of information and communication engineering. The successful candidates will be engaged in work related to the university-wide Visionary Initiatives (VI). (Please click here for an overview of Visionary Initiatives.)
Proposed Start Date	April 1, 2027 or or as soon as possible thereafter
