Prof. Hidetaka KAMIGAITO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The first message<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.first.iir.isct.ac.jp\/en\/member\/core1\/#kamigaito\" title=\"https:\/\/www.first.iir.isct.ac.jp\/english\/member\/core1\/#kamigaito\">Hidetaka <span class=\"caps\">KAMIGAITO<\/span><\/a>\uff08Intelligent Information Processing Research Core\uff09<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"kamigaito.png\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first.iir.isct.ac.jp\/news\/uploads\/kamigaito.png\" width=\"150\" height=\"192\" class=\"mt-image-none\" align=\"left\" vspace=\"10\" hspace=\"10\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I have started a new post of an Assistant Professor in Laboratory for Future Interdisciplinary Research of Science and Technology in April 2018.<br \/>After acquiring a Ph.D. degree in Department of Computational Intelligence and Systems Science of Tokyo Institute of Technology, in March 2017, I have worked as a research associate at NTT Communication Science Laboratories.<br \/>In the doctoral course, I mainly engaged in the tasks related to statistical machine translation in natural language processing (NLP) field,<br \/>At NTT Communication Science Laboratories, I mainly worked on solving problems in the NLP field by using deep neural networks. From now on, I would like to address issues of document units in NLP.
