I was appointed as a specially appointed associate professor of Laboratory for Future Interdisciplinary Research of Science and Technology (FIRST) on September 1st, 2021. I received my M.S and Ph.D degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology in Electronic and Electrical Engineering on 2016 and 2020. During the PhD period, I was working on the lateral integration of VCSEL and functional device. From 2020 to 2021, I continued my research on VCSEL integrated amplifier\/beam scanner with high power and high resolution as a post doctor in Koyama Lab in FIRST. My future work will focus on 3D sensing photonic integrated devices and high-speed transverse coupled cavity VCSELs for future data center networks.
